I'm Reduan, your local Luton plumber. Plumbing problems are stressful, so I keep things simple: a clear price, a set time, and a tidy finish.

I trained at Oaklands College in St Albans and hold City & Guilds Level 2 plumbing qualifications, including water regulations, hot and cold water, central heating and drainage. I work for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Luton and the surrounding towns.

Gas and boiler work coming in 2027

I'm completing my gas training now. Once I'm on the Gas Safe Register I'll add:

  • Annual boiler servicing
  • Landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)
  • Boiler repairs and replacements

Find your stopcock today

It's usually under the kitchen sink. Turn it clockwise to stop the water if a pipe bursts, then call me.

Heating

Bleed radiators before winter

Cold at the top means trapped air. With the heating off, open the bleed valve until water appears.

Winter

Protect your outside tap

Fit a cover or turn off its isolating valve and drain it, so a frozen pipe doesn't split in a cold snap.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. Send a photo on WhatsApp for a guide price, or I'll visit and give you a written quote for bigger jobs like bathrooms.

How quickly can you come out?

For leaks and urgent jobs I aim for the same or next day. Other work is usually booked within the week.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes. I hold City & Guilds Level 2 plumbing qualifications and carry public liability insurance on every job.

Can you fix my boiler?

Not yet. Boilers and anything gas need a Gas Safe registered engineer. I'm training now and will offer gas work from 2027. Until then I can recommend someone.

Do you work for landlords?

Yes. I handle tenant repairs for landlords and letting agents, and send photos and a short report after each job.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or card when the job is done. Larger jobs need a deposit for materials, agreed in the quote.
